PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheets ejecting device provided with the structure possible to quickly and accurately discriminate the fully loading condition without hindering the sheet carrying performance. SOLUTION: This sheets ejecting device is provided with a means 34 for detecting the loading quantity of the sheets P to be ejected to a sheets receiver part 33. The loading quantity detecting means 34 is structured so that a tip 34A thereof to be brought in contact with the sheet P is positioned at a position corresponding to the maximum height in the sheets receiver part 33 as the initial position in relation to the position of the ejecting member 32 provided to eject the sheet P toward the sheet receiver part 33 and so that the tip 34a is rocked by the only sheet S ejected to a position considered as a position reaching the maximum loading height.
