PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch certainly holding a spring by a holder, and improving assembling efficiency. SOLUTION: An locking projection 45 is protrusively provided at a tip end of a first column portion 37 toward a roller 11 side, and an outer diameter side end portion of a clipping portion 41 is locked by the locking projection 45. In an accordion spring 17, a tip end of the clipping portion 41 is formed on a locking portion 47 bent so as to have a generally L-shaped cross section, and the locking portion 47 is engaged with a side surface of a second column portion 39.
