<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for consolidating and controlling the information on plural kinds of lens finishing machine manufacturing the glass lens of the predetermined shape from a glass material, capable of constructing a manufacturing system not depending on a person of experience, improving the reliability in quality control, maximizing the production amount per worker, and minimizing the stock in processes. SOLUTION: In this lens processing management system composed of a group of plural kinds of finishing machines for machining the lens, and an operation terminal connected to the finishing machine through the network and changing the setting of the finishing machine, the operation terminal or a server collectively manages various data by a unit of series, and calculates the optimum setting of the finishing machine by the unit of series.</p> |
