PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device for camera arranged inside a camera constituted so as to drastically shorten the bonding time of a movable mirror when the movable mirror collides with a stopper pin in comparison with that in the conventional manner, and at the same time, to quicken the attenuation of the movable mirror. SOLUTION: This mirror device for camera equipped with a square mirror, a supporting member turnably supporting the mirror with one side of the mirror as a turning shaft, and a stopping member equipped with an abutting part abutting on the mirror on the turning locus of the mirror and preventing the turning of the mirror, is characterized in that the abutting part of the stopping member is arranged at a position except both ends of an opposed side opposed to the turning shaft of the mirror on the edge part of the opposed side.
