PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp loadage on a conveyor from the dispensing position of an object to be carried onto a belt conveyor to the weighing device of the passage weight of the object to be carried regardless of the dispensing speed of a supply banker and the characteristics of the object to be carried in the case of quantitative transport via the belt conveyor. SOLUTION: Lapse time from the dispensing start of an object to be carried onto the belt conveyor to the detection of a load by the weighing device of the passage weight of the object to be carried is stored. Carrying capacity A1 on the conveyor from the dispensing position of the object to be carried to the weight device of the passage weight of the object to be carried is calculated by the weighing value per time of the weighing device of the passage weight of the object to be carried during transport and the stored lapse time. When an integral value A2 (kg) of the weighing device of the passage weight of the object to be carried reaches A2 =A-A1 , the dispensing of the object to be carried onto the belt conveyor is stopped. In this case, A is the target value (kg) of carrying capacity.
