PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape-measuring apparatus having improved measurement accuracy by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: At least three markers 33a-33c are formed at a retention tool 22 for retaining an object 21 to be measured around the object 21. A process for measuring the three-dimensional shape of the markers 33a-33c along with the surface of the object 21 to be measured is repeated for a plurality of times at different angles by rotating the object 21 to be measured and the retention tool 22 with a rotary axis 27 as a center to obtain a plurality of three- dimensional data. The plurality of three-dimensional data are put together for integration with the positions of the markers 33a-33c as a criterion.
