PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a length of a duct of a local ventilator having air supply/ exhaust duct of a double tube structure and to make a piping layout suitable. SOLUTION: An air supply/exhaust apparatus comprises an air supply hood 1 and an air suction hood 2 disposed at upper and lower positions, and suction/ exhaust ducts 8A, 8B having an air supply duct 7C in the hood 1 and an oil filter box 8C at a downstream side ceiling position in the hood 2 to communicate in an inner and outer double tube structure in a coaxial state in such a manner that air from the duct 7 is blowed as an air curtain flow from an air outlet 4 disposed between the hood 1 and the hood 2 and opened in a circumferential direction via the hood 1 to an outer periphery of the predetermined local area and air in the predetermined local area surrounded by the air curtain flow is sucked and exhausted in the ducts 8A, 8B via the hood 2. In the apparatus, the duct 7C and the ducts 8A, 8B of the double tube structure are separated from each other at the box 8C section to communicate with an outdoor.
