PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warmer for adjusting the area of a top plate for use in fixation thereof to bedclothes. SOLUTION: A foot warmer including an area adjusting top plate is characterized in that it comprises a frame with legs disposed on a frame structure including a heating tool provided on a lower surface, a top plate, and a heat insulating member, and the frame structure is a box shaped one which opens upward and is adapted to be an accommodation chamber therein, and further the top plate covering the opening is divided into two pieces, the respective pieces being fixed to the frame structure movable in the direction of an end of the frame structure with divided surfaces thereof opposed to each other. Furthermore, an adjustment plate is detouchably disposed in a gap formed when the respective pieces are moved to enlarge the area of the top plate, and when the adjustment plate is unnecessary, it is disengaged and is accommodated in the accommodation chamber, and further the respective pieces of the top plate are moved in the direction where they approach each other to close the opening in the frame structure.
