PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle washer with a spring washer capable of solving these problems when there is a place unable to easily operate a nut on a bolt by fastening tools in a narrow place and a bending part. SOLUTION: Since an angle washer 'an upper part' 2 and an angle washer 'a lower part' 3 are integrally connected to the spring washer 1, a part of the spring washer 1 adapts to the bolt having a plurality of angles so that fastening work can be easily performed. Thus, the angled bolt is used for the place, the angle washer with the spring washer is used, and the nut is fastened.
