PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance stability during traveling by holding a working device in a proper traveling attitude. SOLUTION: A boom-side bracket 23 and arm-side brackets 24 and 25 are coupled together by a coupling pin 26 in a state in the working device 13 is folded in the traveling attitude, so that the working device 13 can be fixed in the traveling attitude. When a limit switch 27 detects that the second boom 15 and an arm 16 are fixed together by the coupling pin 26, a change-over valve 37 blocks pilot lines 35 and 36 so as to inhibit operations of an arm cylinder 19. Thus, the working vehicle 13 can be fixed in the traveling attitude, and the stability during the traveling can be enhanced. In addition, during the fixation of the second boom 15 and the arm 16, the arm 16 can be inhibited from turning with respect to the second boom 15 due to wrong operations of an operator, and the coupling pin 26 can be protected.
