PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely conduct paste cut from a peeling member. SOLUTION: The peeling member 10 is formed as a stick-like member having a semicircular cross section. A tape-like mount 1 is passed on a sending surface of the peeling member 10, is turned at a turning corner portion 12 and sent. The label 2 is peeled from the tape-like mount 1 at the turning corner portion 12 and is sent on the extending portion of the sending surface 11. The peeled label 2 is absorbed and held by an absorbing disk 21. When sending-out of the label 2 to the absorbing disk 21 is finished, the peeling member 10 is rotated and moved such that its sending surface 11 is oriented to the absorbing disk 21 and then the label 2 absorbed and held on the absorbing disk 21 and the peeling member 10 are spaced apart from each other whereby the paste cut is conducted between the side edge portion of the peeling member 10 of the label 2 and the tape-like mount 1.
