PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood fiber board having a VOC adsorbing action and a moisture conditioning action. SOLUTION: The wood fiber board is provided wherein a wood fiber and fibrous or powdery charcoals obtained by carbonizing the wood fiber or wood flour are integrated by forming via an adhesive. As the charcoals, fibrous ones obtained by carbonizing the wood fiber are suitably used. The charcoals are preferably mixed into only an intermediate layer of the wood fiber board.
