PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixing method and fixing structure of a solar heat collector, in which the solar heat collector is installed without damaging appearance, taking time and requiring a supporting tile and which can correspond to various roofing tiles and is mounted easily. SOLUTION: Bent plate-shaped supporting members 17 are fixed onto sheathing roof boards 30 respectively while being held among the roofing tiles at a plurality of fixed places where the roofing tiles are superposed partially in the vertical direction, a plurality of horizontal muntins (4 and 26) are fixed in parallel with a ridge 5 to the fixed bent plate-shaped supporting members 17 and the solar heat collectors 1 are fixed onto the fixed horizontal muntins (4 and 26) through connecting members. The fixing of the supporting members 17 and the horizontal muntins (4 and 26), the fixing of the horizontal muntins (4 and 26) and the connecting members or the fixing of the connecting members and the solar heat collectors 1 is conducted by selecting a proper fastener from fasteners or the like penetrated into hole sections bored to each member and fastening the members.
