PURPOSE: A squeezer for leaf vegetables is provided to prevent grains from being blown out in a process of grinding leaf vegetables or bulbs and tubers. CONSTITUTION: A grinding device(10) has a front roller(5) having a large blade(2) disposed in '+' shape and rotated at a high speed by a motor at one side and a back roller(9) having a small blade(6) of a quarter of the size of the large blade(2) fixed to the outer circumferential face and rotated at a low speed by a driving device, both rollers being disposed on the same line. A squeezing device has a motive roller having a screw formed on the outer periphery and a slave roller having a screw disposed in the reverse direction of the screw of the motive roller, both rollers being reversely rotated by the driving device.
