PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate random number data whose periodicities are removed and whose safety are far enhanced. SOLUTION: This random number generating device 10 is provided with two PN (pseudo-random number) series generating circuits 11, 12 generating respectively a PN series being a random number generating source, a timing generating circuit 13 deciding timing of the generation and the processing of random numbers, two gates circuits 14, 15 which are opened and closed respectively based on a control signal CTT which is to be supplied from the timing generating circuit 13, a DES (data encryption standard) cipher circuit 16 performing DES encryption processing based on the control signal CTT to be supplied from the circuit 13 and a switch SW selecting a plurality of data in an alternative way by switching them. |
