CANNED MOTOR PUMP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canned motor pump and a manufacturing method thereof realizing a structure of integrally molding a stator of a motor by resin material and integrally forming a can is by the resin material without impairing sealability and waterproofness. SOLUTION: This canned motor pump 10 is formed by a motor section 12 and a pump section 14. The can 30 is arranged between both the sections and the stator 16 of the motor section 12 is sealably isolated from the pump section 14. By a first resin molding process, the stator 16 is integrally molded by the resin material and a holding section 20 is integrally formed. Then, by a second resin molding process, the stator 16 is held inside a molding die by the holding section 20 and the can 30 (and a housing section 32) is formed integrally with the stator 16 (by a connecting section A) in a state connecting to the holding section 20 by the similar resin material.
