PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite precise molded article of high transfer properties and high dimensional accuracy and a method for manufacturing the same capable of respectively corresponding even to a composite precise molded article having a thin shading part and a method for manufacturing the same and eliminated from the misalignment of a primary processed article with a secondary processing apparatus. SOLUTION: Reference positions (11a and 11b) having shapes corresponding to the primary processed article (1) and a mold (3b) are provided to adjust positions at the time of setting. The adjustment of dimensional difference is performed by thermally expanding or contracting the primary processed article (1) or molds (3a and 3b) or mechanically adjusting the dimension of the primary processed article (1). The start timing for positionally holding the primary processed article (1) to a manufacturing apparatus (5) is detected by detecting a relative position or temperature to calculate the relative position from the coefficient of linear expansion or controlled on the basis of the time calculated based on temperature and a dimension. A point of time when the primary processed article (1) reaches temperature higher than a glass transition point by 3-25 deg.C is set to the start timing of secondary processing.
