<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of restraining abnormal heat generation of a particulate filter by increasing HC quantity in exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device is furnished with an EGR device 15, a control part 16, an oxidation catalyst 43, the particulate filter 44, a temperature sensor 53, etc. Post fuel injection is carried out when regenerating the filter 44. The control part 16 controls basic opening of the EGR valve 23 so that HC in the exhaust gas on the upstream side of the oxidation catalyst 43 comes to a proper quantity which does not generate excessive heating in the oxidation catalyst 43. The control part 16 functions as an upper limit temperature setting means for setting the exhaust gas temperature raised by the post fuel injection as an upper limit temperature. Additionally, the control part 16 controls the EGR device in accordance with a comparison result comparing the detected result of the temperature sensor 53 and the upper limit temperature set by the upper limit temperature setting means.</p> |
