<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable favorable disturbance amount compensation as much as possible for various kinds of optical sensors. SOLUTION: A light signal S1 is supplied to a compensation element 40, 45 as well positioned in a common disturbance amount working range 60, 65 having working substantially equal in disturbance amount (T, V) to the optical sensor 50, 55 and the compensation element 40, 45 together with the optical sensor 50, 55, and when it passes through the compensating element 40, 55, the waveform under the influence of the disturbance amount (T, V) is changed to substantially cancel each other to at least one according to the changed wavelength in which the partial influence is performed in the optical sensor 50, 55 and according to the disturbance amount (T, V).</p> |
