摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhering of fuel to an inner wall surface of an intake port due to a collision of blow back of intake air and fuel spray at a cold time. SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve is disposed toward an intake valve within the intake port. The injection period is optimally set according to an operation condition. Opening timing of the intake valve can be delayed by a variable valve system. When fuel injection finishing timing ITE is later than intake valve opening timing IVO at the time, a delay angle correction is performed for intake valve timing by the variable valve system so that the intake valve opening timing may coincide with the fuel injection finishing timing ITE because blow back of intake air and spray interfere with each other. As a result, influence by blow back of intake air is avoided. When the intake valve opening timing is delayed up to certain timing T2, blow back itself is not generated. Therefore, when the fuel injection finishing timing ITE is later than the T2, delay angle amount is limited up to the T2.
