PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning equipment which enables prevention of gathering of a refrigerant in an outdoor unit in stoppage, in regard to a multiple type air conditioning equipment having a plurality of outdoor units. SOLUTION: Cooling water passages of the outdoor units are connected to each other and warm cooling water of the outdoor unit in operation is made to flow through the cooling water passage of the outdoor unit in stoppage. Thereby the temperature of the refrigerant of the unit in stoppage is raised and gathering of the refrigerant in this unit is prevented in a heating operation at a low outdoor air temperature. In a partial load operation in a cooling operation, the heat of cooling water of an engine can be radiated by radiators having wider areas. Accordingly, the temperature of each radiator is reduced and the efficiency of the refrigerant in a heat exchanger is increased. Therefore the cooling capacity in the cooling operation is also improved.
