PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control parameter setting system that can promote the energy conservation of the air-conditioning facilities of a plurality of buildings and improve the comfortableness in the buildings by collecting and statistically analyzing the data about the air-conditioning facilities and reflecting the analyzed results in the control of the air-conditioning facilities. SOLUTION: Local controllers (13a, 13b, 13c, etc.), for controlling air- conditioning are respectively installed to the buildings so that the controllers (13a, 13b, 13c, etc.), may transmit and receive data to and from a remote server 11 through the Internet 14. The server 11 statistically analyzes the data transmitted from the controllers (13a, 13b, 13c, etc.), and transmits the analyzed results to the controllers (13a, 13b, 13c, etc.), through the Internet 14. Consequently, the energy conservation of the air-conditioning facilities of the buildings can be promoted and the comfortableness in the buildings can be improved by adjusting the set values or parameters of the air-conditioning systems (12a, 12b, 12c, etc.), of the buildings.
