PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly light an illuminated body two-dimensionally, to minimize energy consumption to the required minimum, and to allow inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A plurality of line-like light sources 44(1)-44(30) extended substantially horizontally and arranged substantially vertically are arranged inside a casing 42 arranged substantially vertically, line-like light sources 46(1)-46(2) are arranged substantially vertically in the vicinities of both end parts of the line-like light sources 44(1)-44(30), each space d1 in the line-like light sources 44(1)-44(12) and the line-like light sources 44(19)-44(30) arranged in an upper side and a lower side is set narrower than each space d2 in the line-like light sources 44(13)-44(18) arranged in the central part, and cleared light comprising substantially uniform luminous energy is provided thereby.
