PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof floor pan of a bathroom unit with vertically changeable straddling height to a bathtub according to a person using the bathtub without changing a depth directional width of the bathtub, and causing no infiltration of dirty hot and cold water used on the washing place side into the bathtub side waterproof floor pan. SOLUTION: This waterproof floor pan of the bathroom unit is composed of a washing place part and a bathtub placing part stepped down from the washing place part. An upper rim part of the bathtub is placed in the bathtub placing part so as to extend to the washing place part, and a bath apron is arranged on one side facing to the washing place part of the bathtub. The bath apron has a first surface suspended from the upper rim part front edge of the bathtub, and arranged upward by a prescribed dimension from the washing place part, and a second surface arranged downward by a prescribed dimension toward a bathtub placing part bottom surface from the washing place part. A hot and cold water infiltration preventive means is arranged on the bottom surface of the bathtub placing part in the rear of the rear edge of the bath apron.
