SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is constituted by laminating a charge generating layer 103 essentially consisting of a charge generating material and a charge transfer layer 104 essentially consisting of a charge transfer material on a conductive base 101. The electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a filler material and a binder resin in at least the surface area of the charge transfer layer 104. Also, the coefficient of static coefficient of the photoreceptor surface is 0.1 to 0.7 by an Euler belt process and the difference between the surface speed of the photoreceptor and the surface speed of an intermediate transfer medium is set at <=1%.
