摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube-groove inspection apparatus whose structure is simple, by which the depth and the number of a tube groove are detected surely even with reference to a small-diameter object and by which the quality of a groove working operation can be judged easily. SOLUTION: The tube-groove inspection apparatus is composed of an inspection sphere 1 which agrees with the size of a groove 10A inside a tube 10 as a measuring object, a mainframe 2 which holds the inspection sphere 1 so as to be freely movable back and forth to the radial direction and a slide shaft 4 which is repulsed and supported by a spring 3 at the inside of the mainframe 2. When the mainframe 2 is inserted into the tube 10, the inspection sphere 1 is moved back and forth to the radial direction between itself and the groove 10A inside the tube 10, and the slide shaft 4 is moved back and forth to the axial direction of the mainframe 2 so as to be interlocked with the reciprocating movement of the inspection sphere 1. Preferably, the tip of the slide shaft 4 has a conical shape (angle of aperture = 90 deg. or less), it is made to act so as to press and spread the inspection sphere 1 by the spring 3, and the movement in the radial direction of the inspection sphere 1 is converted into the movement in the axial direction of the slide shaft 4.
