The computer (10) regulates the weight loss of the eggs, using the trays or drawers containing the eggs as weight units. A system for regulating the hatching out of eggs during an incubation process (20) in an incubation chamber includes a set of racks with various levels for trays or drawers containing the eggs, as well as a set of measuring and control devices for the incubation chamber parameters (e.g. pressure and temperature), these devices being provided with heaters and air displacement means. A computer is provided, preferably for monitoring the weight of a given number of eggs during the incubation process, and for monitoring and regulating the incubation chamber climate during the incubation process, especially for regulating the pressure of atmospheric components such as water vapour, as well as for measuring these pressures both inside and outside the incubation chamber. The computer regulates the weight loss of these eggs, using the trays or drawers containing the eggs as weight units. Independent claims are also included for (a) a method for the controlled hatching out of eggs in trays or drawers arranged in different levels in racks in an incubation chamber, and (b) a device for weighing trays or boxes of eggs for hatching out in an incubation chamber, especially during the incubation process, the trays or drawers being arranged in different levels in racks.
