PURPOSE: A structure of a fan guide of a window type air conditioner is provided to improve efficiency of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(5) is formed in upside-down L-shape. An axial flow fan(6) is installed on an indoor side of the condenser. A fan guide(10) with a plurality of holes(11) formed thereon to increase air flow toward the condenser is placed on a lower part of a slinger ring(6b) fixed on an outside of the axial flow fan. The fan guide is bent correspondingly with an outside of the slinger ring. The fan guide is fixed to one side of the slinger ring so that the holes are perpendicular with a rotary axis of the axial flow fan. |
