PURPOSE: A tooth brush stem is provided to give a convenience to a user when he(or she) cleans his(or her) tongue so that it may prevent bad breath and keep clean the mouth. CONSTITUTION: The tooth brush stem comprises a tongue cleaning element made of a hard elastic plastic material. The tongue cleaning element is provided by attaching the hard elastic plastic to a stem of a tooth brush by injection molding. In use, using the tongue cleaning element of the tooth brush stem, a user may clean the tongue without a vomiturition.
