PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing bad odor is provided to remove and/or neutralize the odor by comprising incense generation device and deodorizer in the apparatus and to alleviate unpleasant feeling of residual by illuminating inner area of the bowl with a blue lamp mounted to the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a case assembly located on bottom space of a seating flange and having spaces(21,22,23) for receiving a control device(5) built in the case assembly, an incense generation device(3) and a deodorizer respectively. The space(21) for the control device(5) includes a power box, a switch and a seating sensor, as well as a bad odor sensor(54). A lamp(6) is mounted on the control device(5) to be turn on/off by the sensor. The deodorizer has the deodorizing agent spraying component(42) operated by the sensor(54).
