PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having antimicrobial activities and a new structure because the problem of resistant bacteria becomes popular. SOLUTION: This compound represented by formula (I) [wherein, X<1> is a same or different halogen; n is an integer of 1-4; X<2> and X<3> are each independently hydrogen, a halogen, a lower alkyl which may be substituted, a lower alkenyl which may be substituted, a lower alkynyl which may be substituted or an aryl which may be substituted; with the proviso that at least one of X<2> and X<3> is a halogen; X<4> is oxygen or sulfur; R is hydrogen, an amino group which may be substituted, a thiol group which may be substituted or a hydroxy group which may be substituted], or a slat thereof is provided.
