PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film storage case that is excellent in usability and recyclability. SOLUTION: A seat plate 4 having a projection 6 is disposed on one side of a cutter 3 having a through-hole 5, and the leading end 6a of the projection 6 sticks out beyond the through-hole 5. Also, by pressing the projecting end (leading end 6a) of such a projection 6 into an attaching hole 7 of a lid 2, one- piece structure formed from the cutter 3 and the seat plate 4 can be freely removably attached to the lid 2 in a single motion.
