PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a theft without hindering starting of an engine and traveling. SOLUTION: This theft preventive device of a construction machine has a plurality of actuators for work and travel, and is provided with an input means 39 for inputting information for obtaining operation permission of the construction machine, a discrimination means 43 for discriminating whether or not the inputted information coincides with prestored information, and travel disturbing means 44 and 45 for performing an action for disturbing travel by driving the actuator for work when performing operation for operating the actuator when the discriminating means 43 determined disconformity.
