PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing for liquid chromatography for separating an amino acid easily and quickly, a column for liquid chromatography for an amino acid analysis filled with the packing, and a liquid chromatograph using the column. SOLUTION: The packing for liquid chromatography comprises a polystyrene- divinylbenzene resin that has an average particle diameter of 5μm or less, an amount of exclusive limiting molecule of 50,000 or less, and a degree of crosslinking of 50% or higher. In the packing for liquid chromatography, the polystyrene-divinylbenzene resin has a sulfone group and an exchange capacity is 1-100μmol/milliliter. The column for liquid chromatography is used to analyze an amino acid filled with the packing. The liquid chromatograph uses the column. |
