PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky polymer having excellent adhesive power and holding power in good balance, and enabling the adhesive power to be controlled. SOLUTION: This tacky polymer is obtained by cross-linking an unsaturated polyester-containing urethane prepolymer represented by the formula (wherein, s and u are 0-50 and satisfy the formula 1<=s+u<=100; p is 2-36; q is an even number of 0-10; r is a number of which the number average molecular weight of -O(CH2 )p O-[CO- C34 H64-q -CO-O-(CH2 )p O]r is made to 0.5×10<3> -5×10<3> ; t is 0-50; A-O- is a dehydrogenized residue of an alcoholic compound containing at least one cross-linkable functional group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, a (meth)acryloyl group and a vinyl group; -O-B is the same as A-O-, a dehydrogenized residue of an alkyl alcohol compound, or a dehydrogenized residue of a hydroxy group-containing phenyl ketone compound; and -Z- is a dehydrogenized residue of a diamine compound or a diol compound; -R<1> - is an isocyanate-removed residue of an organic diisocyanate compound), and having 1×10<3> -1×10<5> number average molecular weight by the irradiation with an electron beam, and has the adhesive force controlled by the exposure dose of the electron beam. |
