PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molded article capable of suppressing residual stress at the time of injection molding to the utmost. SOLUTION: A flowability accelerator for accelerating flowability is added to a molten resin compound 17 and this resin compound is injected in the cavity 11 of a mold 10 to manufacture resin molded articles 2 and 3. By this method, the cavity 11 is sufficiently filled with the molten resin compound 17 in all parts of the cavity under relatively low injection pressure by the high flowability of the molten resin compound 17 to obtain the resin molded articles 2 and 3 having high shape dimensional accuracy. Since the injection pressure is low, the residual stress in the resin molded articles 2 and 3 is reduced and annealing treatment as aftertreatment becomes unnecessary or a treatment time can be reduced and, as a result, the resin molded articles 2 and 3 having good molding accuracy can be obtained more inexpensively. |
