PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic wherein retinol as an instable liposoluble active substance is triply stabilized. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by adding retinol as a liposoluble substance to a vehicle to primarily stabilize the retinol, adding the resultant system to sphingosome to doubly stabilize the retinol and then adding the thus stabilized system to an oil-in-water type lamellar liquid crystal emulsified base to triply stabilize the retinol.
