PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of easily attaching and detaching a memorandum, a notification, a poster or the like with respect to window glass, a refrigerator, office machineries or the like, and a pushpin clip capable of using a pushpin in a thrust state. SOLUTION: An almost horizontal arm is provided to the shaft part of a suction pad and a magnet is provided to one end or both ends of the arm. Further, the rivet of the pushpin and a knob are separately provided to be used in combination.
