PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cement solidified body restrained in migration, of a nuclear species in a concentrated waste liquid, to the disposed solidified body, and enhanced in space-index reduction, at a low cost. SOLUTION: The concentrated waste liquid a is evaporation-treated continuously for 300 hours while supplying the liquid a to a fusion furnace 2 maintained at 800 deg.C. Then, a fusion aid b is supplied to the fusion furnace 2, and a furnace temperature is elevated to 1250 deg.C to be heated for about three hours and to be fused together with an evaporation residual. A tapping nozzle 22 is heated thereafter to be tapped, a fusion is injected into water in a water storage tank 4 to be quenched, and a slug-crushed-by-water crushed particulate-likely naturally is provided thereby. The slug is fed to a kneader 5, kneaded with a prescribed ratio of cement c, an admixture d and water e, and packed in 2001 drums. The slug is burried in a disposal field as the cement solidified body 6, after mortar is filled to be followed by curing.
