PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas analyzer capable of excluding interference sensitivity and free of measurement errors. SOLUTION: The rotation axis 28, integratedly attached to the housing 2 of the infrared detector IC comprising a front chamber 4, a rear chamber 7, and a condenser microphone 12 (differential pressure sensor) for detecting the differential pressure between the two chambers, is supported by a bearing 29 provided in a stationary part not illustrated here, so that the detector 1C may be rotatable around an axis 31 running through the center of the opening of the rear chamber 4. In the left half of the rear chamber 7 as illustrated here, the light path is deep or L2 long and, in the right half, shallow or L3 long, with the axis 31 dividing the two.
