PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe pinhole inspection machine of a low voltage application system, having a simple structure, capable of inspecting a pinhole or a seal defect by applying a voltage to a top seal of a cup package surely, directly all at once. SOLUTION: This machine is constituted so that an analyte is rotated and advanced as far as one revolution length of the analyte in contact with a guide cam plate 3 disposed at the same height as the lowest cylindrical part D of the analyte slantingly at a fixed angle to the inside of a conveyance center line on a flat belt conveyor 20 during conveyance of the analyte 10. Since the analyte has a flat bottom and passes rotatively on the flat belt conveyor without vertical deflection, a voltage is applied continuously vertically all at once by utilizing rotation, to thereby inspect the ring collar top seal under surface of the analyte by a first electrode 1 formed by fixing metal fibers having a linear constitution and a minute diameter upward in a bundle shape and the ring collar top seal itself by a pair of electrodes of the first electrode and a second electrode 2 having a tabular rectangular linear constitution formed by bundling the metal fibers having the same size and the same material as the first electrode downward on the top seal part upper surface in parallel with the first electrode.
