PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet with a face shield having a high structural strength, capable of smoothly opening and closing the face shield and having an excellent appearance and safety. SOLUTION: This helmet with the face shield 2 is freely openably and closably provided with the face shield 2 in a helmet shell body 1. In the helmet, an arc-shaped guide part 4 is formed on the surface of the forehead part of the helmet shell body 1 to guide a sliding member 5 provided in the nearly central part of the face shield 2.
