PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a film which has a high Young's modulus and a small permittivity, is excellent in flame retardance, thermal resistance and insulation characteristics, and has a high rigidity, and to provide an FPC in which it is used as a base material. SOLUTION: There is provided a polyarylketone film prepared from a resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a polyarylketone and 3-30 pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin, wherein the cushion factor of the film is 3-30%, and the film is stretched in at least one direction.
