MICRO-CAPSULE AND THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide micro-capsules having a little texture fogging when it is used for a thermal recording material and the thermal recording material using the micro-capsules. SOLUTION: In the micro-capsule containing a diazo compound, the surface of the micro-capsule is irradiated with pulsed ion beams under cooling in a vacuum, and the count number of a cationic compound in the surface of the micro-capsule which is obtained by measuring the mass and intensity of ions produced from the surface of the micro-capsule by the irradiation is 0.015 or below per a unit square micron.
