PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently search a desired circuit and to quickly display only the circuit necessary for the development of a ladder circuit to easily recognize the same. SOLUTION: The ladder circuit 100 satisfying a searching condition 110 is searched, the search result information 130 indicating whether the circuit is the ladder circuit satisfying the condition or not is produced, the ladder circuit 100 is converted into a constituent element 120, the search result information 130 is held while linked with the constituent element 120, the constituent element 120 linked with the search result information 130 is converted into each ladder circuit 100, and the converted ladder circuits 100 are respectively divided into the ladder circuit 100 satisfying the searching condition 110 of the search result information 130 and the ladder circuit 100 not satisfying the condition.
