PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an apparatus main body in common and to perform mold changing operation only by replacing a profile segment and a flat segment. SOLUTION: The moving pieces 3 provided to a rotary body 2 can selectively attach profile segments 6A and flat segments 6B in a diameter expansible and contractible manner. The number of the moving pieces 3 is same to the number of the profile segments 6A. A diameter expansion and contraction means 7 is equipped with a stopper means 24 for positioning the moving pieces 3 at the intermediate position between the innermost and outermost ends thereof to stop the same.
