PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wheel position-regulated easily along its axial direction after assembled, so as to allow it to be assembled easily in a correct position. SOLUTION: Driving force from a main spring 3 is transmitted to a pendulum 15 via a transmission wheel train comprising wheels 5-11 journaled to a frame 1. The pendulum 15 is oscillated at a desired oscillation frequency via the wheel 11 provided in the transmission wheel train. A regulation member 12 for position-regulating the wheel 11 along its axial direction is provided in the frame 1, the regulation member 12 is position-regulated along an axial direction of the wheel 11 after assembled, and the pendulum 15 is regulated thereby to be oscillated uniformly in left and right sides and correctly.
