PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition which is a mixture of a nonpolar rubber and a polar resin having a large difference in the solubility parameter, excels in processability and dispersibility, and has a high modulus of elasticity. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises (A) the nonpolar rubber and (B) the block copolymer composed of a conjugated diene polymer block P and an acrylic polymer Q.
