PURPOSE: A portable multi-display device is provided to make possible an assembly of a main panel housing with an assistant panel housing or a separation of the main housing from the assistant housing, and to make one side of the main housing adjacent to one of the assistant housing in a case of the assembly. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a main panel housing(20), an assistant panel housing(40), a cover(100), assembly parts(22, 22', 44, 44'), and a lever(42). The main panel housing(20) has a display(2), and an antenna(120) for enabling a data transmission. The display(2) is positioned eccentrically toward one side of the main panel housing(20). The cover(100) has a foldable structure connected to the main panel housing(20) for covering the display(2). The assistant panel housing(40), which can be separated from or assembled with the main panel housing(20), has a display(4). The main panel housing(20) and the assistant panel housing(40) can be assembled by the assembly parts(22, 22', 44, 44'). The level(42), formed on the assistant panel housing(40), pushes the assembly parts(44, 44') externally for the assembly of the two panel housings(20, 40). If the two panel housings are assembled, the display(4) gets adjacent to the display(2) like one display.
