PURPOSE: Provided is a system for purifying wastewater in a fish farm capable of removing harmful bacteria and soluble organic/inorganic matter contained in incoming water by gravity, buoyancy and absorption. Therefore, it prevents obstruction to breathing and disease by the absorption of a parasite and harmful bacteria in the gill as well as death of fishes by bacterial infection. CONSTITUTION: This waste water purifying apparatus for fish farm comprises: a basic water treatment body(100); a water inlet hole for introducing pretreated water into the basic water treatment body by a motor pump(102); a first gas mixing part(104) for mixing gas and bubble according to the pressure of the untreated water; an advanced water treatment apparatus(101) for settling fine solids contained in introduced water by gravity and absorbing fine solids and water-soluble protein in bubble; a second gas mixing part(105) for supplying gas and bubble to water; and a discharge pipe(107) for discharging water treated in the advanced water treatment apparatus to the outside.
